Hi guy's n' gals.

Just wondering if anyone here has the Cardo Edge comms unit..? Only last week I purchased one from the Sportsbike Shop.

But after updating the new unit and doing a helmet install, I then found out that the voice command to turn on the radio isn't working.
I've tried countless times to say; "Hey Cardo, radio on" but this voice function doesn't seem to work.

I've recently emailed Cardo with my query but nothing back as yet response wise,

I appreciate you can manually turn on the radio via the buttons etc, but it's just the voice command it doesn't seem to recognise.....Odd....!!!

Any advice/knowledge/experience would be appreciated re this wee problem, cheers.

Lol....!

It's actually a 'Belfast' accent..........that could be the problem then....

I find the voice commands very hit and miss, but my mate swears it’s better if you speak with an American accent. I’m not convinced though.

This problem is now resolved.

I received a reply email today from the 'Cardo Technical Team' advising me to do a complete 'Factory Re-Set' of the Cardo Edge comms unit, this fixed the problem I was having.
