Anyone who has ridden at Rogershill Raceway in Dorset will probably have had dealings with Emily Hall
who instructs there and does most of the management/admin
She's just been drafted in to ride in the GB Women's Team in the ISDE in Argentina next month!
Congratulations to her...she's my brother's God-daughter.

International Six Days Enduro, used to be International Six Days Trial (ISDT) and has been running nearly 100 years
Countries send teams of their riders to compete
Chap I ride with in TRF was a competitor in the 1960’s and 70’s for Britain on a B40 triumph, when Steve McQueen (the actor) competed for USA team on one too
My mate can still ride a trail bike quick, even in his 80’s and must have been really fast in his heyday

ISDE is 'the olympics of motorcycling."

It's a five-day enduro with an overall time schedule you must adhere to and special stages where the fastest wins, only the rider can work on the bike, and only for a limited period before and after each day's riding.

Part of Steve McQueens training for the American team in the ISDE was spending Saturday mornings changing tyres at his local Triumph dealership...I wonder how many customers realised that one of the most famous Hollywood stars of the day had just fitted their tyres?
