Recommendations for a good power lead?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good power lead? Must be waterproof and connect direct to the battery, and preferably an on/off switch (and maybe a fuse)? Thanks. My current one has expired and no idea what brand it was...I've now been through 2 leads in 5 years so want to get a decent one...
