Picked up this little beauty today , don't think it's ever been off road , still had the original mirrors , handguards , rubber covered footpegs , not a mark on the sumpguard , so I have started getting rid of all the crap , fitted a seat concepts seat to replace the plank that was on it , new cycra handguards going on , new tyres , new renthal bars , heated grips , bigger fuel tank , plus more , yes I know its old but it's still a very capable bike with the right bits on ,

I know this is controversial but on balance I think these have never really been beaten for my particular balance of on road / off road reliability etc. If only it had a 6th gear. Mine was stolen and then trashed back in 2013, if it hadn't been I expect I would still be riding it today with some staggering mileage on it.

Sorry to hear yours was stolen , you can get a sixth gear kit , not cheap but I've got to spend my pension on something
