Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 XC For sale.

As the title suggests, I'm looking to sell my Tiger 12, atleast I think I am.
It's a 2014 XC model which was the early one with a few accessories fitted as standard. It has the Sump guard, heated grips, heated rider seat, fog lamps and panniers. Only selling as I've put a deposit on something else and it's a bit tight in the garage.
MOT'd until end of July, 40000 miles just over and in good condition. Looking at what else is out there I'm thinking of a price around £5000
I could deliver it if required so long as I can get to a train station to get me home.
I'll try and and some pics, hopefully they'll work.

Bike has always been serviced by a main dealer, albeit at differing times as I tend to service it as and when I can or if parts needed. I have been the only owner from new.
Bike had a new Alternator fitted by dealer last year, I have receipts.
Only negative points really is the finish on the wheel hubs, particularly the front, would look better re painted.
Bike has also had new front header downpipes fitted and is therefore de-catted.
Just remembered that there are also two power points on the bike, one up front and one by the rear seat.
If I think of more I'll add when I can.
