May as well make some cash out of the virtue-signallers.

Make sure the electric and gas is disconnected for the course of their stay.

Great stuff Moto Al, reminds me of the time I was passing through St Andrews looking for somewhere to stay and it was the weekend that all the kids came back. I saw the prices and pressed on.
