I bought this on a whim at the end of last year, it had 363 miles on it, it came with:-
Precision Motorcycle Racks rear rack.
Precision Motorcycle Racks side racks (never fitted).
Max Torque Cans silencer (brand new in box never fitted).
Sargent seat.
Original seat.
New battery.
2 keys & owners handbook.

In lock down I fitted:-
IMS Super Stock footrests.
JT 13 tooth fr sprocket. (1 tooth down from original).
JT 42 rear sprocket (original size).
DID X ring gold chain.
Changed oil & filter.
Givi E251 plate.
There’s a set of s/h OEM handlebars.
Obviously it’s in excellent condition, and to my internal shame it’s still only done 363 miles!!
I paid £3400 I’d like to get as near as possible to that for the bike?

If I could only get my 2020 CB500X sold, I'd have that off you in a shot.

I once owned one of these and as a novice trail rider it was definately the easiest bike I rode on rocky/muddy terrain. If you are looking for your first trail bike for going the TET or something like that that is an excellent choice. Those are also the only luggage racks I've ever seen for one (if they'd been on sale when I had mine I would probably still own it).

That what I figured. I'd have probably had it if you were nearer! Unfortunately I'm in Brighton so a bit far for viewing!

dont think there would be a practical need to view, but I would want to too.

Always worth travelling for the right bike especially one with this little miles & spec, there was a couple on eBay but they were dearer, I’ve had one comedian offer me £2700, like I’m going to take that, you could find someone on here local to me to give you an impartial view on it?
Furthest south I’ve been to buy a bike was Reigate seller turned out to be Don Morley the photographer I went to Inverness to view a TR5T a few years ago

I bought a bike from Lancashire lad unseen and we met ,I saw the showroom condition bike and bought it there and then ,his bikes are better than new buy it
