Size large, I've cut out the waterproof lining as it was just too sweaty with it in, so it's pretty well not waterproof now, but is still OK for a bit of good weather greenlaning as all the vents actually allow fresh air in 
Still has the insulated liner, so could be used in colder weather, but would need other wet weather arrangements.
Has shoulder, and elbow armour that came with it, pocket for back protector, but no protector in it.
