Interesting reading his wife's Spectator article and then seeing where his version of events matches.

IMO those involved in running the country, and as an adviser he's very much in this category should be seen to be complying with both the spirit and letter of any guidance, if not why should I?

As a follow up, whether or not he is guilty, he is now too much of a distraction and should bow to the long term obsession of the media to get rid of him.

In many ways I agree with you but the longer this goes on the more people who will hopefully realise what an arrogant bunch this current government are. At present Boris is showing a totally lack of empathy for those who have suffered the most during this crisis.
Maybe it will make some people realise where his and his government’s priorities lie and question some of their recent decisions.
Unfortunately we cannot even petition to have Cummings deselected as he is not an MP.
It is amusing to see some of the ‘old guard’ Tories now turning on Boris though. I think tomorrow’s headlines will make interesting reading. It will also be interesting to see how Bank holiday Monday here pans out. Today in the Peaks it has been a bit quieter as it is typical British weather and has been raining most of the today but tomorrow’s forecast is a lot better.
Cheers

These are indeed strange times, I find myself agreeing with both the lead comment on the front page of the Mail and Piers Morgan. Perhaps an unrecognised symptom of this virus is becoming a Tory :D

Greetings Jak,

I have had the virus, very unpleasant, fortunately not as serious as some, but please don't let that be my future fate

I shall have to check in the mirror in case I will have to shave twice

TTFN

Hugh.

Ps nice tee shirt which might be on sale from some Conservative Clubs.

A stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, Jak....

If you spout enough shit for long enough, as the Mail and Morgan do, eventually they are bound to say something you vaguely agree with. Don't worry, normal bigoted service will be resumed soon I'm sure.
