Ural sidecar rig

Hi there,

Just was wondering does anyone else on here have or did have a Ural?

Ive just got mine back on the road and its a barrel of laughs! I know its crap but hey.

My brother had one it was brilliant
I used to think it was crap , but I would love one now

They are crap but i love them. There is a business selling refurbished ones in Leicester with the military look.
Talk about really crap bikes,i have just bought a CZ175 cheap as chips and tax and mot exempt.

I learnt to ride 'chair' on ' Cousin Alan's' Ural, a total death trap. 2 or 3 inches of loose in the sidecar mountings and 18" apehangers. An old door and an armchair lashed to the ill fitted sidecar chassis. Interesting..............
