CR500 engine rebuild - recommendations please

Gentlemen,
I have an '86 CR500 languishing in my garage that is in need of a bit of fettling. The last time I ran it she smoked like an old chimney and I think water has gotten into the gearbox oil so am guessing the crankshaft oil-seal has gone?
Can someone please recommend me someone competent to carry out the necessary engine rebuild who will do a decent job but wont charge the earth - preferably located in Kent but I do travel about a bit with work so would consider further afield for the right person - thanks!
