The route proposed follows the one in the magazine in its entirety, starting at Eastbourne Pier and taking you on a wonderful coastal ride before cutting inland to Winchester Cathedral.
Simply right click on the attachment below called 'south downs discovery route.gpx' and choose 'Save Link As', once you've saved it to your computer load it into your SatNav as per the manufacturers instructions and get riding!
