No but I've got a couple for sale which are fitted with locks to be used as panniers. I bought them from here a while ago to put on my CCM but decided that were too big. I paid a hundred quid for them which seemed fair I would like the same or they will go on the bay in the spring.

I have Pelican cases as panniers. Highly recommend them. Survived a trip to Turkey last year including a crash.
Paid full price from Pelican for them, but if there are two people selling them on here cheaply - two panniers for £100 and a top box for £50 you'd be daft to look elsewhere.
