HPI checks are normally about 15 pounds, I use RAC but only because I'm familiar with the website.

Still. Lot cheaper than buying a bike that is still on finance, stolen or a write off though.
And at least with HPI you know it's a real check.
Just my opinion anyway.

I just noticed yesterday that bikes for sale on Gumtree show if they are flagged up on HPI.It might be worth having a look to see if it's advertised there too.

I use text check think its about £4, saved me a few times from buying dodgy bikes (thumbs)

i have a code for two HPI checks if used before 7/12/16 if you want it free gratis as i wont be needing it anymore , just let me know .

This is the most important part and £20 is nothing compared to having the bike seized later.

Do they check for outstanding finance? Their adverts don't seem clear on this so I don't use them.
