Been a customer for year and my renewal just came through

50% increase from last year and absolutely no changes

Worst but was they seemed completely disinterested and now I have to do the bloody trawl around with insurance again!!

Be warned - check your renewal!!

I've had nothing but trouble with them in the past they are a useless bunch of unhelpful idiots ! Never get insurance with them.

Carole Nash quoted me £300 to renew my car insurance.Five minutes on Money Supermarket and I had myself insured elsewhere for £100 with only £50 more excess.When I phoned Carole Nash and said I wouldn't be renewing with them as I wasn't prepared to pay for extras I don't want the guy on the other end of the phone couldn't believe I get breakdown cover for any car or bike I'm using for £38.(Autoaid) (thumbs)

You'll probably get Bennetts cheaper on the comparison sites, make a note of the reference then ring them back and they'll renew at the online price (thumbs)

Hastings wanted £300 to renew, £200 online but got it for £105 for S10

Worth asking what their admin charges are for amendments etc.

Seconded I added another bike to my policy with Carol Nash and they charged me £40 I wouldnt have minded so much but the actual insurance was only £50 for best part of a year left on the policy

I have no loyalty to any company, online every time always make sure the boxes are ticked with legal cover etc, then away you go can't go wrong!
