any thoughts on a great route that doesn't involve any motorways?

Where are you starting from and how long have you got for the trip?

im based in welshpool in mid wales. atm will be 2 days max due to work being mental.

Grab a road atlas and as long as you avoid going further east than Shrewsbury, you cannot go wrong 60 miles in any direction!!

For a longer trip, cross country to Rhayader then across to the A44 and follow it as far as you like.... Then come home. Join BestBikingroads.Com for great roads, just need a map and a highlighter pen.

yeh im blessed with the roads here in mid wales. Im in the process of planning a trip around of the coast of Britain on my wave next year. all parties welcome. the Honda wave is absoloutley awewsome so far. fun factor is high and its uber cheap to run. for the money I couldn't recommend a better bike. just want to get the miles racked up.

I had a loncin for a while..... It was great fun and went everywhere for pennies...

now its gone i realise how good and how much fun it was ... now on the look out for an innova or suzuki address
