I went away this weekend for some off road fun, being a total newbie for this off road thing and not quite understanding it, I must say I now totally get it and wondering when and how I do it all again.

Some off the trails and snarly (snarly for me) bits we went over this weekend I would of openly laughed in your face a few days ago if you had said we are going down that track  oh dear we are going there   :pinch:

with the guidance of Marianne and her family and the help of a couple of guys who were riding over the weekend I had a brilliant time and am now an off road convert, I just need to get my standing position fully dialled in and I will be a happy bunny.

Over the weekend we cover tracks, rocks, deep water and steep climbs and decent's and even rode across Barmouth bridge

A good time had by all, and I highly recommend this company

cheers Spud ;)

All the photo's did not turn out for some reason

I had a great time on my day with them but must admit the only instruction I got was stand like this, go fast and follow me! It worked out great for us three beginners considering the terrain we covered, none of us had any problems at all!

That looks like fun Spud, good on you.

That's something I should really try before I get too old and doddery - trouble is I know I'm going to enjoy it and that will mean another bike in the garage + appropriate riding kit, hey ho!

Thanks for posting.

Paul :)
