lol my mate bought an old boxer last week £1000! I must say he only got it because he is still in the Army & his wife lives in Scotland moved his new bike up there & got the Boxer, for zooming :whistle: more like (bimbling)around :laugh: here.

I am only say this as when I first started to ride legal (79/80) my instructor had the same bike!

Just goes to show the value of older bikes.

I'm tempted enough as it is to buy and old boxer, let alone with all this great photos! :laugh:

I may have to block myself from bike trader!

thanks bud ,old boxers go on for ever providing they are serviced ,my good pal of 30years r honnacker,was a motor cop in germany he told me some of the reached 750k there secret was the bikes worked 24 hrs a day and never,cooled down, .now robert rides a harley,and a chief constable .and is coming to to scotland next week ,funny how life pans out,wild hogs and all that .he he ,al,...ride on??

It is funny how life works out sometime! Once I've put 100,000 miles on my bike I think i shall look into getting an old boxer, they are appealing to me more and more.

Im off to scotland for the first time in about 6 weeks, very excited! Looking forward to a nice long run two up! Good for the soul! :)
