I've fancied picking up a Pan for while now and with the police dumping their fullstock on the market there's some great deals to be had out there - check out the prices on Ebay.

However, I've been told that the cops have been cutting a chunk out of the frames on these bikes and classing them as 'not road worthy' before selling them on to private dealers. Anyone else heard about this or got any information to share?
