Help - Zumo 660 playing up all of a sudden...cannot find custom routes on device

I've been pre-loading my unit with some custom routes and POI files before leaving for a trip on wednesday - and now all of a sudden the latest custom route does not appear when I try to locate it on the unit itself.

I've successfully uploaded POI files of campsites - two routes via base camp - which are visible on the 660 menu.
Basecamp tells me the route has been successfully transferred - but when I eject unit from pc - and then try to preview the route on 660 screen - it's not there?

Anyone else encountered this problem?

Looking for a quick answer/help please. Thanks.

I had this once, kept trying to download and eventually they were there, but don't know why.

Base Camp isn't always truthful when it says a route has been transferred to the device.

It usually happens to me if I try to transfer more than one route before disconnecting the unit from the computer.

I've found doing one at a time, disconnecting and turning on before reconnecting to the computer and transferring another route avoids the problem.

A pain I know.

Try user data - import routes again. There is a "buffer" which lets a certain amount of info through at any one time.
Also clear out your track log. That stops stuff getting through..

That seems to have worked - excellent - what a relief - thanks.
PS - seen the 'import' function in manual now - easy to miss and not fully realise its significance.
