Ok folks details of the ride out on Saturday.
Depart campsite 08.30. Please ensure you have a full tank of petrol prior to the off -There is a Petrol station in Draperstown. Hoping to be back at campsite around 8pm.
We will pass through Plumbridge then Newtownstewart where we will stop for breakfast - £6.00 for full cooked tea/coffee.
We will pass through Ardstraw, then Castlederg, crossing the border into Donegal at Killeter.
We will continue to Barnesmore Gap, where we will stop and split into two groups - one to include a short unsurfaced section (about 3 miles) and the other staying on tarmac. This will be in the Bluestack Mountains area.
We will regroup and head for Rossnowlagh where, tides permitting ride about 1 kilometre of beach.
We will cross over the border again at Belleek, wher e we will stop for around 45 mins for refreshments of your choosing in the village - there is also a Petrol Station here to re-fuel (we will have covered about 150 miles to here). I might change the location for the refreshment stop, but in any event we will stop at the Petrol Station.
From Beleek its back to the campsite, via Kesh, Drumquin, Newtownstewart & Plumbridge.
Total milage around 200.
A mixture of roads including single track tarmac but some in poor condition.
There will be other stops for pics, fags etc.
We will adopt the drop off proceedure during the run - if you are not familiar with this just ask.
Dont forget to have sone € with you
If you could express your intrest & if you want to do the unsurfaced section. Also, as usual I need numbers to order up the breakfast.
In the event of bad weather we will do a more local shorter run.

Put me down for the run and the breakfast Keith,
Think I'll give the off road section a miss on my dodgy road tyres !
Cheers,
Derek.
