I'm afraid that myself and old Cruella won't be coming down for the fun of the Yuletide and I'll have to wait til next year til I next hear those words "Little fat baaasturd!" from Mr Mills! I'll be selling my wares at a market stall and hopefully making money to fund my next trip/bike/camera/etc.
This now leaves a healthy portion of scoff for someone who actually NEEDS to eat! lol

just watched Countryfile weather forecast which is normally quite good, and the weather mid week is going to be cold,but on friday it's going to be a red hot high of 8 degrees so if you're planning on coming down don't let the weather put you of and it might be dry.

dry is what we want cold is no problem we have a big fire ,,
today i have been sorting all the cooking pots and giving it all a good wash ,, then made some apple sauce for the hog roast ,,
again MAKE SURE YOU BRING KNIFE FORK AND SPOON PLUS A BIG PLATE ,,,,,,, AND SOMETHING FOR THE AUCTION

Aiming to be there Fri 4pm'ish.
Hope it's NOT too late to be counted in for Brekki and Evening meal.
I'd also like to join the Sat Road Ride if there is space.

Hi John I am still trying to arrange a way of getting down to your rally, any idea what sort of time the ride out will be Saturday if I can get a 24 hour pass cheers Eric
