Oh yes it can... oh boy can it.. :D But that is part of the fun. Actually light rain is good as it cuts down the dust and stops it forming up into drifts on corners.

Hi Scouse,

Not sure if Beppe is still down there. I was down at the market there on the weekend, the sitting bull was open with a few people about.
This weekend there is a Beer festival on at the piazza opposite the sitting bull if you're iterested.
Hot day today 26 in the shade and sunny, you never can trust the forecast!!

Sadly not making it this year due to a none bike related injury that is still healing but the Sitting Bull and the bar in the station are the two meeting points we have all used for a few years now. Interesting choice of dates for a beer festival though... the one weekend that loads of northern European beer drinkers will be in town :D

yeah I am not too keen on booking as it limits options but worried won't get somewhere but hey there is always wild camping.

I'm easy either way but if it's pissing down and late I'd prefer a bed some grub and a shower tbh
