But the bike is on show, best thing about a van, is that you can carry the bike and nobody is the wiser (thumbs)Tramp wrote:to be honest Bob....get a small van with auto and a trailer....sleep in van (thumbs) ...

T5 Kombi - 5 seater or the back 3 seats can be removed in no time to give full van space.
I've had one for 9 years and love it so I've bought a newer shinier one to replace it

Re: Vans!
That's good info, why do you favour a Vivaro over the Trafic?Dutchgit wrote:

Vivaro/Trafic boxes themselves (6 speed ones) are good but the auto one has a manual box with a "robot" shifting it and that might require some attention in the form of repairs every now and then. Volkswagen boxes are good but when you get electrickery problems you better have long arms and deep pockets.
Still, I'd get a Vivaro one (2 litre diesel, not the 1.9 one) 90 and 114 BHP are the same engine, just different software in the ecu.
cheers, Bob.

Yes, I've seen them Johnny but most are people carriers, I've not seen a panel van.johnnyboxer wrote:Import Granvia - 3litre diesel tooboboneleg wrote:Find me an Auto thenjohnnyboxer wrote:Toyota, they're the best (thumbs)

Re: Vans!
I don't as the Vivaro is what I have but it's exactly the same vehicle as the Trafic and the Nissan Primastar.boboneleg wrote:That's good info, why do you favour a Vivaro over the Trafic?Dutchgit wrote:

I favour these as they are just as reliable as any other van but the're galvanised and a lot cheaper to fix than the bigger names.
It'll end in tears I tells ya.
