Whats the most important bit of kit you carry?

Tents, Sleeping Bags, Oxygen Chambers...that kinda stuff

I find my contact lenses or my spectacles are pretty essential

Puncture repair kit and pump for tyres. Small tool kit, cable ties, phone and credit card. Most important an enquiring mind cheers Spud ;)
