Re: Norton in administration
But, presumably, the whole motorcycling world now knows what has been going on and no-one would be daft enough to do business with Norton, whoever owns it. Sadly, it has to be a dead name now...RIP.
it should also be impossible for any previous directors or their ‘close’ relatives to have anything to do with a failed company or open a new company for five years minimum.

Indeed, a disappointing puff piece after the fact. Maybe his tone would have been different if his pension pot had been "invested" in Mr Garners lifestyle......Richard Simpson Mark II wrote: ↑Thu Mar 12, 2020 9:06 pm Guffcart still laying on the whitewash...no shame

The latest instalment: https://www.superbike.co.uk/article/nor ... ey-is-owed
Just one error that I could spot. The customer deposits were paid to the dealer (at Garner's insistence). The dealer then had to hand the deposits to Norton. Customers can claim the money back from the dealer. It has cost my local Norton dealer a bob or two, so I understand. No chance of getting a £ back from Norton.

Greetings,
Made a discovery this evening, my MacBook Air has Smell-O-Vision
I think that I detected a whiff of farm yard aroma after reading the previous two links Reminded me of another website I used to monitor.

Re: Norton in administration
Total debt at Norton, including the ripped-off pensioners who are at the back of a very long queue, is north of £28 million.
£28 million debt -
£16 million purchase price =
£12 million deficit.
a sorry tale.
