I'd like one.
Me too.
It's the leanest, meanest & best looking bike of the marque.
And it's one of those machines that perception & experience tells you is right without actually trying it.

I quite like the red seat Sprintser, but I like retro :) am not keen on black wheel rims, prefer plain ally , black shows the scratches from poor rough tyre changing.thay ought to do a tkc type tyre option from new.
I do think the red seat looks good,I was just thinking "how long will it look that good?" And before Picos jumped to conclusions,I never mentioned riding fire roads.A bike being used properly in my opinion(and it is just my opinion,so if you don't agree, that's fine!) would be any kind of riding that sees you managing more than 2000 miles a year to your local Starbucks. I really wish these threads would stop. I have to keep telling myself not to blow my savings on one. Must be strong, resist, resist.

I will be pleased if I can just hold out until some offers come on. Really fancy a DCT model and hopefully they won't sell well and the price difference will reduce.

Me too, will be interesting to see how they go and whether dealers support the DCT option as much as Honda would like.

My local dealer called me last week to say they will be booking test rides in New Year and when I said put me down for a ride on the DCT he said they were only putting the manual on demo as not many would go for DCT. When I said that I specifically want a DCT he suggested I ride the manual as they 'wouldn't ride much differently' and if I liked that then should be okay with the DCT. I advised that I would prefer to test ride something before shelling out £10k+ in hope to which he replied 'you'll be lucky'. At that point I politely declined the rest of his sales patter thinking he'll need to be the lucky one to get my business

This is the bike that will be remembered as " the bike that changed things "( DCT ) the dealers are failing to see it as they never sold many DCT equipped machines before , sometimes things take longer to catch on but people are starting to see the light (thumbs)

Against popular unsubstantiated opinions & a surprise to those who think Honda haven't a clue what they're doing..........maybe it doesn't need 2 grands worth of suspension upgrade before ventured off road

 It's only the equivalent of 8,400 GBP in the States. (which of course maybe subject to local taxes????)

This DCT system:-
Does the bike still have a manual clutch lever like the Rekluse set-up on my KTM450?
What about engine breaking?
Can the bike be Bump-Started?
Is it appropriate and if so, do Honda offer a Left Handlebar operated rear brake?
