Back in the old days it was either Germany or uk quality...
I wonder what a metalurgist would make of the metal contents on a spectograph lol....
Free tin of hammerite with every bike lol...was it coated in acf50 ?...
yeah, the problem with Chinese steel is inconsistency. One part is good and the other is bad
so some people like few on these forum think their bikes are good and reliable while the other hate it.

Its because they were on deck on the ship?
I'm working on my second 250 '89 NX--and my spokes are a little corroded too--shall I complain?
We also have an 81 BMW G/S--now the aluminium (uncoated) on that is another fettle of kish-quality stuff.

hi bud , I covered well over 500 miles in one day ,from la ,Pobla , too Castro uarales. . Without a sore bottom , and sometimes sitting well over 100mph for hours ,.with nae adverse problems , apart from no very good mpg. Once again I say it handles like a .250 , and go,s like F**k. Unfortunately the build quality takes a lot too be desired ..Al

Fuck that! 1100km? I'd be taking it back to the dealer and demanding my money back...it's not fit for purpose!
