Yes there are options to load map from disk, get map from PCV and send map to PCV so looks good.
What do you have in mind?

The TPS calibration applies to power commander V machines only, and is just required to align the TPS idle and full throttle voltages with the correct parts of the fuel map in the PCV - it does not change the idle speed. In fact after adjusting the idle speed it is likely to be necessary to re-calibrate the TPS on PCV fitted machines.
So I guess you await instructions from CCM to reset the butterfly to reduce the airflow(and then re-calibrate/reset the TPS to get the appropriate idle fuelling for the reduced airflow?

I dont know if this is relevant but on the ccm644 with carbs the tps is set with a multimeter with engine not running....most ccm models vary from factory.

Somethings will never change which is reashuring.....

You guys sure do like fiddling lol...

Thanks for the Video. I've probably missed, or forgotten, something on the way but when and why is this necessary? Should be having a PCV fitted in the next couple of weeks and I'd like the tickover reducing too if possible.
Could it not be done while being fitted? I'm reasonably competent with spanners and a laptop doing all the servicing on my GSA with the help of a GS911.
Cheers.

It would make sense to ask them to drop the idle when fitting the PCV, then they can ensure it is calibrated at the time I would say.

TonyC said "Meg at DynoJet told me that minimum voltage should be approximately 0.689volts so would be interested what anyone else finds."

Having repositioned my PCV to the same place as Tony's I have now had a go at mine. The front page of the PCV software looked different to that shown by Tony (no idea why), but I've gone through the reset TPS procedure anyway.

My lower reading is now 0.625v and upper is 3.919v perhaps a call to Dynojet is in order to see if this right (and to ask about the difference in how the software looks on my pc)
There is no noticeable difference in the slow running between cold engine and warm engine. I have tried to slow the slow running but if I drop it any lower than 1800rpm it hunts and will stall. A bit disappointed that I couldn't lower it, but nevermind. Anybody else had a go and what are your readings?
