Hi all,
Could I confirm my dad’s attendance, Alan Price, for the rally please. He is staying on site
Could I also put his name down for the food too.
Thank you,
Ellen

Folks
Another recommendation from a local ABR for a stop for lunch/coffee etc.
Leonards of Lahardaun (Laghardane on Google maps)Pub & Grocery
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Leo ... F1s04dghcm
Check it out on google maps - looks a lovely stop
Anyone aiming to go there should include the Nephin Drive on the way up - just north Of Newport - Heff & me did it recently and its a great bit of road
For the best route in current traffic visit
https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ux578bpGnBepUFsF8
About 30 miles from Westport

Hi Heff/ Flinty
Have got my confirmation from the venue so put me down as attending as usual.
I'll go for the food as well.
See you on the Friday! Looking forward to it.

Sounds like you are on Armourique into Cork on the Wednesday morning. I am not sure of my holiday movements yet but I usually go to France in May but not booked this year yet as I had to wait for the date for my sons conferring. If I go I am likely to be on that ferry, if not might grab you for a coffee on arrival. If I don't go to France I am likely to head for Westport too.
That route is awesome, I have travelled all those roads and in the right weather its just amazing. Keel is nice...we used to go sand yachting there.
Cool - and yes, Roscoff to Cork landing the Wednesday morning is the plan. And thanks for the info about Keel/Achill Island - as you say, right weather is key, but the sun always shines on my bike
Pat
Out of curiosity what are your plans after you come off the ferry on morning of 17th? Arrival time listed as 9:30, likely to be out of the port for 10-10:30am. I decided not to head to France until September and am just getting another bike back on the road. Work on 17th has freed me up so I am giving thought to signing up for the weekend and heading up early as its all familiar territory.
