Why the debate, this is simple isn't it?

If I get caught leaving a shop without paying for an item.......it's my fault.
If I park where there are double yellow lines and get a ticket.....it's my fault.
If i get caught breaking a clearly posted speed limit.....it's my fault.

I Don't blame shop keepers/traffic wardens/police officers for actions that I choose to take.
