I might be up for some of this in 2017 (thumbs)
Have basic plans for the Alps or Pyrenees next year, but this would be of interest if the dates suit and it works in with other family stuff :S
Riding in the sand doesn't bother me now, having done a few desert safaris on KTM 450, although I'm sure it will be totally different on the GS as there's not many deserts to practice on in Northern Ireland :whistle:

Hi Wibo i would love to come in 2017 if thats ok ive just come back from Iceland so my brownie points are rock bottom at the moment (thumbs) ill keep in touch if thats ok

No problem..normally it'll be end of October going into a bit of November,as thats when the school holidays are here.....any clubs for children's hobbies shut down then too. This leaves any parents free from taxi runs etc.
I'll post another invite come the time.

Hey Keith not long now, I am thinking of binning the 690 and getting one of these, that's if I can get it with in my baggage allowance
