They are good for the road but you would Defo need the big knobby ones for proper off road. I have been doing some off road lately and have been sliding all over the place due to lack of grip from my bridgestone trailwings... The Conti TKC80 would maked a huge difference for sure (thumbs)

We need to get Mr Beddows to post a couple of his shots of Varas in out of the way places!
Best tyres would be Pirelli Scorpion Rally, will do 7000 miles a set over mixed terrain.
