I voted in, but there you go.
Can't shake off the feeling that the vote was twisted by lies about the 350 million quid and stopping immigration which are both being back tracked by brexit leaders. How valid is any vote where politicians barefaced lie. And what is tge point of democratic choice ehen you don't get thevtruth to decide on.

This is my bee with it too. Many voted on the basis of total bullshit, this is fraud surely?

Many didn't vote on the basis of total bullshit many of thought long and hard about what we were doing, many of us spoke to lots of people about what was happening, many of us asked question but got no answers. Many of us saw how arrogant our so called leaders were and many voted accordingly for a change

As an Irishman who married an English woman we both were subjected to more than our share in England and Ireland. And before some of you tell me that it couldent be racism as we where both white, there are many among us who wouldent consider an Irish Celt the same race as an English Anglo Saxon. Some here talk as if being a member EU state is some magic wand against bigotry/racism. Its not. I work with many immigrants. Some are lovely people, some are the worst racists ive ever meet.....OK tin pot, flak jacket on, fire away.

Immigration - Won't change, so long as we stayed in the single market it was never going to anyway.

Ever closer Union - Won't change, but Cameron had agreed exemption anyway so that was a stupid reason to vote out.

The amount of money we pay into the EU? - Won't change

All the EU laws currently in place today - Won't change

Back to the negotiating table to ask for one more concession in exchange for staying in the EU.

If Boris won't do it, we don't have anyone who could step into the prime ministers shoes that is prepared to hit that red button.

It is everywhere. My Mother was Scottish and when I was a kid, we went up there to vist friends and relatives. Every day we were there I hated it. I was continually chased and beaten up by biggotted kids that can only have got their attitude from their parents. (I am a Cockney)

I am now married to a Scottish lady and more recently, we were considering moving there in our retirement. We decided against it due to the feelings aimed at us during the Scottish referendum. At one time I was accused of being a "white settler". A term that I later learned was a derogatory one aimed at English people buying homes in Scotland.

Sadly, racism in this direction is dimissed, probably due to there being more English people than Scotts. If I am honest I do not really care that much and we decided not to move there in the end, partly due to the English hatred and partly due to the weather.

It is not just majorities that can be racist.

As a Scot who went to boarding school in England, spent his entire life travelling between the two, has an English accent (in the Scots eyes, the English can hear the Scottish bits), and lived in a staunchly Protestant North Lanarkshire mining village, while married to a Catholic until 8 years ago, I know all about that mate!

The democratic deficit / legislative issue was the ONLY thing that ever made me question whether I should vote out, but it wasn't enough to outweigh the benefits of EU membership for me, so I voted In. If we can negotiate to sort that out, all we need is the right to not to be forced to implement anything that we think doesn't work for us, but we stay as a fully paid EU member, that'll be me happy.

the game has changed and if we use our brains and time wisely it should change better for all men not just the ruling elite.

I'm still an outer BUT as I said before if there had of been a vote for a Federal Europe and it would work for the majority and not the few my choice would of been a lot harder, walk softly but carry a F.OFF stick (thumbs)

The greek question needs an answer, the countries like Spain et al who have lived way beyond their means for a long time needs addressing then and only then could I see Europe working for all not just Germany.

Merkel look spooked on the news yesterday morning they know that they have to listen now (well at least for a while) all it will all come crashing down, come the day of the revolution brothers (thumbs)
