So are you telling me that when I hit a deeply rutted hole at 20MPH on my bike and the damping at the back end seemed to almost dissapear that I was not out of shape!
Thanks for that.
And yes I rode through it (1000s of hours of MTB experience means I have some clue as to how to let it roll).

look what you can do with stock suspension!
unless you're riding harder and flying higher don't tell me you need better one (thumbs)

your not out of shape you think you are. I have spent a few years riding enduro , and you dont just focus on a pot hole ride the track and carry on . dont focus on every detail just keep going .better suspension will make it better and smoother ride, you can keep spending money on it or change the bike to a better one. i have had both good and bad ,but you learn to ride round the problem.. riders think they must have the best of every thing, but most cant exploit what they have got . a top rider told us if you cant get it flat out why do you need a faster bike ? crf 250 is very good at what is made for trail riding its all about technique.

You're right, the bike was out of shape, not me.

better spend money for good tyres and learn how to ride. Once you at the bike limits change the bike. Having said that I wish cfr250l had progressive front spring because you have to be careful while riding downhill into berms too fast...Flying over the bars is not nice.
