PIAA driving lights mounted at same level as headlamp on my F8GS & my @ - on all the time when solo riding or in front of another rider. Never been flashed at but always seem to get noticed. Might be the sleeved Hi Vis top and the white helmet that help in that respect though

As the old saying goes . . .

Be Seen - Be Safe.

Keep the aux lights burning I say :woohoo:

I have LED driving lights on the varadero, leave them on all of the time. One thing I have noticed, because they are LED the lights have a blue, ish light. It's amazing how many cars slow and pull over to let me pass

All the time!!! I ride all year round so they are on all the time. I have had one or two flashes...but they have seen me.

I keep full beam and aux on during the day and get the occasional response from drivers to who I give a nod, but at night ride in normal mode, ie HID all the time and full beam where and when appropriate. Some drivers do dip their rear view mirrors when I'm behind them in queues. As others have mentioned, hi viz jacket, light coloured helmet and blue/yellow reflectives on the panniers all help!! :)

like minkyhead's mine are far too bright for full time use. they are led's but light up the road and countryside like a searchlight, so it dark back roads only..

if you are getting flashed a lot then clearly they are dazzeling the other drives so while they might seem well adjusted, evidence suggests otherwise. annoying other roads users isnt nice is it?
