I've been following this and last year's Maroc ride out with great interest.
Myself and my friend will be in CHEFCHAOUEN on the 2nd of October .
Would love to meet up with you guys for a few beers.

So we arrived in Chefchouen having a beer in Oum Rabie. If there's anyone around come in for a beer and a chat.

So we invited the Goats for beer,, unfortunately no Goats responded !
Ended up having boiled goats head with the locals instead

As disgusting as it looks and sounds, I understand from friends that this actually tastes fantastic as its cooked for hours and what meat there is on a goats head is really really tasty!!!! I hope your guts agree, and you are fine today!!! enjoy the sweet meats as well if you're going all local like lol.....

Never had the balls to eat the sweet meats.

Do you have to eat it out of a billy can? Or is that a bit nanny state?

(Only kidding...)


Actually goat tajine and brochettes were some of my favourite feeds in Maroc. Laced with coriander. Yum.

We made the it to Midelt via fez.
Our plan this year is all on tarmac but we would love to join you if your planning to return next year.
