Perhaps the RHS bolt for holding on the RHS hand protector needs pulling out 10 mm ? then re-tightening.
It was tight without bolt put back in.
Trim? A bit off the end?

Sounds like it needs trimming. A sharp knife or Stanley knife will do it. But check if there is another way first.

Yes. The outside end.

i did mine last week? for the crf250l and I had to both trim the outer end of the heated grips I was fitting AND
pull out the handguards by 10 mm ... held it there in the place I wanted and then tightened the bolt.

it is very important to have free movement.

Interesting news on the WK400 return later this year........on a side note anyone tried new front brake pads in theirs to improve brake bite, if so what make and compound did you go for, its something i am thinking of trying but thought i would ask if anyone has already given it a try

Maybe you could retro fit a larger caliper onto the disk to give more leverage?

Cheers Andi - good news about a euro 4 bike out later.

Netsonic - Mine also need changing asap and I'm looking at these fa465 pads :

Either cheaper semi metallic :

Just be aware a harsher pad will put more wear on the disk B)
