It may seem like that. But at the end of the day this is a guy trying to sell something and people are commenting on it being too expensive, and that could put off potential buyers.
It may be that it is too expensive "to you" but some people pay a lot more than that for the right plate.
I personally thought the first price was fair.

but it would seem if you make +ve comments then that's ok.
The difficulty as always is getting the balance right if you're noting being +ve, at least the OP wasn't trying to see some paracord bracelets on another forum!

The original post was on here for 8 days without a single comment ...I thought a little light hearted chat would at least encourage some feedback / discussion / interest. Achieved that at least.
I wish DR all the best with the sale and of course any item is worth whatever it's worth to someone. I'm not questioning the asking price; nothing out of the ordinary for a personal plate. If I had the money I'd buy it in a second.
Agree this should all be about “little light hearted chat”
To a certain degree a plate can be an investment as it won’t devalue as much as a car or bike that its put on.
I bought it last year. £1,200 was the base price. Add VAT and all the fees, it cost me £1635.20 so no profit. Just want to move it on as I bought a 690 in the end and made some modes to it. Rally Bike -
