Most of the one's in the U.K. started life at the BMW off road school, not many folk bought them new.
Typically they started life in pretty tough usage, but the School always replaced their fleet every new season.
I bought one three years ago, it was an '07 it came from the off road school, a chap bought it before me and immediately put it into storage. So it came to me at eight years old with 1200 miles on the clock and a bit tatty.
I tidied it a bit and added some bling to turn it into an all-roads travel bike, I only did one trip on it and it ended up in the back of my garage.
I sold it one here with just less than 2700 miles on it.
A few weeks after I sold it the guy came back to me inferring I'd clocked it as some mechanic reckoned it was too "used" to be showing such small mileage.
The guy gave me some real shit!
Anyhow I hope he's still enjoying it and realised it was a pretty smart purchase!
Here we are....sold to one unhappy punter....
