Forgot to say Steve - there is no shortage of B&B's on your route - so a couple of hours before you intend to stop for the day - start looking out for one.
With you on the sat nav - have just bought my first one & will use it the same way as you

Due to our home locations we're meeting at Forton services. Then it'll have to be a blast up the M6.....it's an early ferry.

Far nicer routes to Cairnryan than the A75 ;) The New Galloway Forest is a must (thumbs) We're heading to Ireland in two weeks taking in the North Antrim Coast, Wild Atlantic Way as far as Killarney, Ring of Kerry, Healy Pass, Kilkenny, Wicklow Mountains and home via North Wales B)

Keep going west from Coleraine after your NW200 lap and visit the abandoned house on the cliffs (go down to the belvedere for spectacular cliff views) then drop down to the ferry across the estuary and go up to wild and wonderful Malin Head and then back down to Donegal.
It's all a bit busy round Derry, we would avoid it next time.
just keep trekking down the west coast.

We can't wait to get over to do a proper 3 or 4 week trip round the whole coast (and anywhere else between). Retirement looms
2022 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro sadly gone due to ill health.
Now on a 2025 Triumph Scrambler 400X but may be fitter next year.
