If you think that speeding is ok, then start a campaign to change the law.

The law doesn't always make common sense. It's not the law that needs changed, it's application of the speed limits, where and why.

The "scum" are just blokes making a living just like you or me. We might not agree with our boss, but we do what he tells us because he pays the wage bill.

I can't disagree with what you say about safe/slow and unsafe/fast drivers, and on a clear motorway in dry weather 90mph is perfectly safe, but this is through a village, so I find it really hard to agree that they are just "on the make".

No place for that on this forum in my opinion. Yes it's sneaky but scum, is that really appropriate? If they stood in full view it kind of defeats the point really, a bit like posted speed limits which are presumably being ignored hence why they are there. Be honest, we all know that speeding in the 30s and 40s is a no no and socially unacceptable. There's a reason advanced police drivers obey them even on driving courses, Nationals (GLF) are something else entirely...

Speeding is anti social, stick to the posted limits especially in built areas

Impossible to go faster than 60 in NSL areas in N Yorkshire as we have 16 camera vans & 2-3 blokes with tripod cameras & FJR 1300's

Still, you can take in the view at 59.5mph
