The pics never show how steep some of the gradients are, but you get the idea.
I should really take some pics in the torrential rain butI never feel like faffing around with the camera in those conditions.

We completed RB1and most of RB2 plus a mountain goat track , it's called Twat track , what a fantastic ride , PIF will be posting a ride report very soon DMB.

I'm incredibly envious. Look forward to seeing yours & Phils report. No doubt a bit of craziness occurred due to the altitude;)

Brilliant RR! seeing those pics of the smugglers brought it all back to me, as we did it downhill in June! and also I wonder how many times that little stream crossing at the bottom has been photographed lol.... It was my first trip to the Pyrenees and you're right it does hook you. I would love to go back and follow RB1 as we stuck mainly to roads apart from the smugglers as we had 2x brand new Africa Twins and didn't want to scratch them lol... :S
