I just use motocross gloves

Nice and cool and no problem to get your hands in and out of when it's raining

They dry out very quickly too

not to good if sliding down a tarmac road at 50mph though

your right though...yes they get wet...but yes the dry super fast.(well mine do) i still want a pair of those Alpinestars, they get rave reviews.

I just use a pair of FOX ones that I've had for years from mountain biking and just use these - think I only paid about £15

Always tough replacing the "old favourites", but I love buying all my gear from "Bikers Paradise." My recent purchase of Lightweight Rida-Tec Gel Gloves are fabulous and the first pair I have brought in 5 years that actually do fit properly.
Little more expensive on some stuff but then you can't beat quality
