Image1964 Lambretta TV 200 (GT) one of only a handfull of UK reg ones,
Found in a barn near Aberdeen and promptly bought by me for a price that shocked the seller and seriously pleased me.

Its an ex army Armstrong MT500 1987 put in the barn in 2001, it started 10th kick with a flat battery and stale fuel.
Hope to get it back to UK next month to start playing IF I can kickstart it :woohoo:

Started after the 10th kick must be in good fettle then :laugh:
They either started after a few kicks or you were down to your underpants with sweat
our RAF regiment had some there was a good carb conversion by fitting a Dell-orto which helped starting.

Went a ride out in the country the other day and found this one.

good to see a fellow scooterist...

Yup, the only thing was that just after I got it, I had a call, offering me a 1959 TV175 ridgeback. A stunner covered in correct chrome stuff. This was a scoot I had been after for a while as well so the TV 200 sat in my porch for 3 yrs untouched, then I sold it. Once I had the series 2 I was sorted so was happy enough to let the series 3 go.

I don't suppose you have an inboard disc brake kicking about you may want rid of???
