Mike, Not sure I always got em for free, and it was a while ago but there are quiet a few options available once the moulds are done. Boots do the moulds and then will give you options and they'll send away for the moulds to be made into earphones. the company that make the earphones will sometimes keep the mould "on file" in case you need any replacements.

Ok cheers. I already have ultimate ear molds and plugs, what do you think would be the best way of getting monitors (not from UE)?

The kit arrived yesterday and I have made a set with speakers and a set without. While not the prettiest things in the world they are comfortable when wearing a helmet. They also appear to block more sound than the foam plugs I was using previously. They even work better in the noisy enviroment where I work. I managed to gwet both sets of plugs from 1 kit as the amount on the directions was just too big and my ears are far from little.

Mmm been thinking about this for a while now - and making up a split headphone set (one side for comms and one side for satnav) Any chance of photos?

Did you get them from the linky on your earlier post?

Tried these on the ride to work yesterday and they worked really well. Music came through crisp and clear, wind noise was reduced and comfort was excellent. Only problem was I couldn't hear the engine note as well as normal and found myself running revs higher before the gear change. they are alot quieter than the foam ones I normally used.
