Wild Camping on TV

Actually there is a new charley boorman program tomorrow night with Russ makin and on sky there is a bike channel program ( I think it's 203 but forget which day) last week they had a BMW RR via a car race last week.

well just finished shift, looking through sky + just remembered Rough Camping, some bird on a bike going from wherever to somewhere else, yet again no doubt a mass of TV crews with her.

You see her riding a train! & her bike was allowed to go on as well, (yeh you try it see what you get told to do!) hardly riding is it?

then she does some swiming & some surfing, now by this time the only camping she has done under canvas was 1 day in a tent next to 2 young guys in a VW surf Dude camper, other wise 1 was in a lean too shelter with some guy showing how to skin a rabbit, (but don't show too much might upset the bunny hugging groupies) o then she does sleep in a wooden house ish with a wood burner as well.
then the end piece (i love this, a mate of a mate, is willing to lob her bike on his fishing boat, take her over to France!)

so I am yet to see any Rough Camping & out of the entire program she must of done 10 min of riding, & the amount of gear she has in her really tiney bags, she must be on the land rover change of clothing by now.

it is on Thurs 2000 pm sky travel and 21.00 +1

when are tv producers going to do a decent bike program, at least the program about the Ace on history channel was intresting (brough back some memory's :whistle: )

i think its a watchable program......just about.

It does what it says on the tin....well, kind of.

The description says she travels by motorbike....and she does.

BUT...the program is called Wild Camping, so where are all the wild camping bits then? :laugh:

Did it get any better after episode 1 when she was in Ireland? I thought it was pump so didnt bother with any more
