hello
hello
Hello,
Can I just start by saying... "AT LAST"!... a forum and magazine dedicated to the world of adventure bike riding.
I am new to the site and kinda newish to motorbikes really, got my license about 5-6 years ago and my first bike was a ZX-6R which I loved.
Unfortunately I had a massive crash and ended up in A&E for a week.
Luckily it didn't frighten me away from the bike scene though.
My next was a 2003 Kawasaki ZZR1200 which was a beast especially in a straight line!
After completing a track day on that in very warm temperatures I decided after seeing the charlie and ewan programs that a situp adventure style bike was the way I really wanted to go.. So at the start of 2010 I walked into my local Suzuki dealer, and after a couple of hours test ride on the DL650 V-Strom, I was hooked and bought a brand newie.
Ever since then I have enjoyed this kind of bike and the long trips idea
Hoping to make some good friends and maybe sort or go on some good long trips.
