Clear your cookies,temp internet files,check filters,leave a space after the last letter or blow on the plug.

This is a classic sign of your Internet Explorer not scripting to your URL address in time. If you change your driver settings to allow cashe to your BIOS then this should work. Click on tools, internet options, content, settings and left click on cheese and biscuits.
