Check your Compatability view - go to the blue square with the jagged line through it at the top left of the screen..;)

This works if you are on IE9, or try safari. ;)

This is a classic sign of your Internet Explorer not scripting to your URL address in time. If you change your driver settings to allow cashe to your BIOS then this should work. Click on tools, internet options, content, settings and left click on cheese and biscuits.
