I’m sorry but I’m assuming you mean Will Spray from this very forum, I did a quick check and Will Self is still alive.

Will S was a truly lovely and knowledgable human being. RIP.

A charming man and as Steve says, a Gentleman.

I did not know him as well as some here, but enjoyed his company immensely and exchanging cheerful emails after we met first. A clever Man.

Top Bloke Will, Did a couple of trips with him

Last met him in a wet picos 2017 for a few beers ..

Will was certainly a knowledgeable chap regarding everything especially the Pyrenees.
What impressed me about him most was his attitude to trailriding and being thoughtful enough to help others enjoy them.
On any trip with Will there was always time to stop and look at the views and sights often missed by others just thrashing about on the routes.

RIP Will, we had ridden lots over the years both locally and abroad.
